  I want to express my deepest gratitude to Maira for her incredible help. Thanks to her, I was able to retrieve my packages that were stuck in customs at two different warehouses in the USA and needed to be released in Los Angeles. I had been struggling for a whole week to get them without success, and my 500 gifts for my event clients were inside. The event was the next day, and the situation was truly desperate. Thanks to her professionalism, dedication, and kindness, everything was resolved in time, and I was able to hold my event without a hitch. Maira is not only a highly skilled professional but also a committed and empathetic person who genuinely goes out of her way to help. I can never thank her enough for everything she did for me. Gracias a ella pude recuperar mis paquetes que estaban bloqueados en aduanas en dos warehouses diferentes en USA y debían ser librados en LOS ANGELES.   I work for an apparel brand nearby in DTLA and we had our packages stuck in Ohio for some time due to bad weather in that region. We worked with Mary and her team to help pull up these packages for us as soon as they arrived at this service point statiohhn. We had an important meeting the next morning and were at risk at not receiving these packages in time for the meeting. Mary called me as soon as the packages arrived and me and my team went down the road to retreive them. I could not say enough great things about the staff here. Mary, Gabriel, Sam and Alexis. You guys are the greatest of all time. You saved us and we had a very productive meeting week thanks to your team. many many thanks and much appreciated! you guys are the best!

  Mary, who runs the front counter at this DHL service point is amazing. Went above and beyond to make sure that I could pick up an urgent package. Really appreciated this level of service!
