I got there, they seemed super busy but Daniel, the person at the copy section, was so courteous right upfront. Right away tried to help me, he reached out for help when he didn't know the answer instead of giving me a "no" and after he was able to help me with what I needed, he went the extra mile and cut my programs for me. That is what I call excellent customer service, not only did he left me completely satisfied, he went the extra mile even when he had already helped me. I'm going to this location for any of my office, copier, project needs! Thanks Daniel!
