  The print shop employee refused to print out 9 PDFs to outlined spec through a PrintMe code, due to it being "too much work". Eh. I'd recommend going elsewhere for custom print jobs. The Burbank Staples location on Empire is pretty accommodating, and the employees have a friendly approach and demeanor.

  Went there just a while ago... I ask nicely to one of the employee about printing and I don't know if she woke up the wrong side of the bed and or she's really having a bad day... She's not supposed to be mean and rude. Worst customer service ever!!!they should train their people to have good customer service.

  Their fax is not functioning. The clerk at print station used discriminatory language to me. Should be rated zero, not one.

  The employees here aren't very bright. I went in to print a script from my laptop. They told me to use their wifi to send the document to the printer, but neither of their two wifi networks had enough bandwidth to attach my tiny 100kb pdf file. I asked the manager to help me out by lending me a thumb drive considering that the internet wasn't working, but he said he couldn't and that I would have to buy one. He kept trying to convince me that there was nothing they could do, despite the fact that we were standing in a room full of products and technologies designed to make simple office tasks possible. I asked him flat out, is there really nothing else you can think of to help me print this simple document? Unable to think outside the box, he stared at me blankly and repeated himself, "Sorry there's nothing we can do." And this was THE MANAGER. Some customer service employees don't seem to understand that the very essence of their job is to assist customers with their needs, not convince them that they are wrong and that there's no way to help them. We're IN STAPLES for christ's sake. Surely there's a way to print a document. But no, just blank stares. I left without printing.
