Gracias a su esfuerzo, compromiso y servicio en equipo, fue posible que mi caja llegara a tiempo y se cumpliera con la fecha de entrega. Su amabilidad, disposición y atención marcaron la diferencia en todo el proceso. Más allá de un envío, fueron parte de lograr un momento muy especial para una familia, ya que la caja contenía un vestido de quinceañera. Mary y Eddy, muchísimas gracias por todo. Realmente aprecio su gran trabajo.

  Thank you so so much to Tina and Mason for their help today! We had 3 huge boxes to ship out of the U.S. and they were extremely helpful. They were super patient and even stayed beyond closing to help!! I am definitely coming here again for any future shipments!

  Great experience thanks to Mary! It was our first time shipping an international package, and we spent almost an hour there. She was very patient, helpful, and guided us through everything. She also packed our package very carefully. We truly appreciate her excellent service and positive attitude!

  DHL truly has some of the best customer support and the fastest delivery service around the world. I recently had a bit of trouble locating and expediting a package, but Mary was absolutely incredible. She went out of her way to explain how the company’s policies work and took the time to guide me through the process of changing the delivery from my home to picking it up at the station. She also explained that this option would be faster. Mary was thoughtful, patient, and incredibly kind the entire time. I have honestly never experienced such outstanding customer service in my life. Thank you so much for your kindness and support, Mary. You did an amazing job, and I truly appreciate you. You’re the best!
