Be sure you understand that just because this is a UPS store not every package is going to be delivered by UPS. Took a package here specifically because I didn’t want it delivered by USPS but then found out this store just gave it to the USPS to deliver. The miscommunication happened because I had difficulty understanding what employee was saying because of her strong accent. I also have to believe there were other options for delivery. The option that must have been the UPS delivery was extremely high for a very small package but had a guaranteed delivery date which I didn’t need. Based upon my last experience I would give them one star.
