Zero customer service Ex: I had a package that said it was received at the post office. I go in to get the package and was told they don’t have it. The lady went and looked at their system which showed they had indeed received it. She then tells me she can’t find it and that once they find it, they’ll let me know. How do you lose a package in your own small building?! Ex 2: once again I have a notification that my package was received in the post office. I ask the lady and show her the tracking number. She looks and says she can’t find it and that we must have picked it up, or it was returned. I ask her to check to see and she still can’t give me an answer, then closes the door saying she doesn’t have time for me as she’s busy. If you want to pay for a post office to lose your stuff and get treated like garbage, this is the place for you!
