I called to cancel my account and I thought everything is ok after my call, turns out they didn’t cancel my account and because I have no longer live there, they sent me water and charged me. Each time I called back and asked them to close but they still charge me for bottles which no one asked me to bring back or scheduled a pick up time!!!!!!
