Do not use for passport application. They were unprofessional, treated my husband like an idiot, did not send the full package and now I had to pay extra to send paperwork she said she was submitting and my expedited fee is out the window.

Watch out: in August we did my daughter’s passport renewal application. After waiting a long time, just now on 10/10/2015, I finally got a call from the SF passport agency and they explained to me that the Loomis post office did not complete the form (DS-11) correctly. Agent ID, Facility ID, and signature of the post office person are all missing. Now, we have to go there and redo that form again. God knows when we get the new passport 😡

Don't go here for FBI digital fingerprinting! I went to this location because it was the closest to me that offers this service. I had to drive 70 miles to get here. Since it's so far from me, I called first and made sure I would be able to get it done, and they assured me I just needed to pre-register online, bring my ID, and bring the FBI order number. When I walked in, they told me the machine was "finicky" and needed to be restarted. The lady then tried to take my fingerprints four separate times and it wouldn't work and she blamed me, saying that I "didn't have fingerprints," that my fingertips were too wrinkly and also too dry. I tried a different location right after this and they claimed my skin was too moist. Please explain to me how my fingers can be too wet and too dry at the same time. In my opinion, the machine just doesn't scan that well and the employees might need a little more training on how to take a set of fingerprints. And if they can't do it, that's fine, they just shouldn't offer this service. I drove a total of 140 miles and wasted a day for nothing.

I am deeply disappointed by the discriminatory treatment my family and I received during our visit to the postal office for passport renewal. We initially left and returned as instructed, having been told that we needed to complete a form and bring both parents of the child. Upon our return, we arrived within the designated service hours of 10 am to 3 pm and completed all necessary paperwork as instructed. However, despite our compliance, we were subjected to blatant racism. When it was our turn, we were disregarded in favor of white customers who arrived later and had not finished their paperwork. Despite bringing this to the attention of the employee, Daniel, he prioritized the white customers and even made threatening remarks about closing the area. This experience left us feeling marginalized and disrespected. Discrimination has no place in any establishment, and I urge the postal office to address this issue promptly to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and equally, regardless of their race.
