- LFLiani FloresApr 3, 20261.0I wish I would’ve Waited for Merced. He’s such a nice man. The tall black lady was really rude. I told her I lost a PO Box key and she acted like she didn’t understand. My voice was lost because I’m sick. She made me feel like I was illiterate. I’ve never experienced bad customer service at this post office. If she hates her life so bad she needs to quit. Give Merced a raise. He’s such a nice guy, best of the best.

I've used the same address - to my son in the Navy stationed in Tokyo - at other US Postal locations without issues. Be prepared for terrible service if you should happen to have this sad man not helping you. 😔
