Incredibly long lines with only one self service kiosk that rarely works. One kiosk that works 25% of the time is ridiculous for a downtown location. I ship 100+ packages a week for my small business so gambling on a working kiosk is not ideal since USPS refuses to scan in packages anymore. They lose my customers packages frequently which in turn hurts my business.
I highly recommend literally ANY other post office.

I don’t even want to give a star but I have to give something I guess in order for me to post what I’m going to say. I live in the area so I’ve gone to this post office several times. Service is at best minimal but the job got done so I was ok with that. Never had high expectation of anything other than just to be able to mail my packages out. Today, apparently the printer is not working so they were not able to help anyone who wanted to mail anything out so we needed to go to the kiosk in the lobby area. I had no idea about this so I waited in line. When I first got to the window, I had a question so k asked and once it was answered I got out of the line so others can be assisted since there was only two windows open and I didn’t want to make others wait while I took care of my package before being able to send out. In the meantime I asked for a tape and the lady who was on the lobby stocking said sure I will bring it to you. She never came back so I got back in line, thinking she will come find me with the tape. Never happened. As I waited in line (by then I’ve been there about 30 min), another worker behind the window noticed me in line with my package and told me that if I needed anything printed that I have to go to the kiosk to get all that done. So I had to get out of the line again and went to the kiosk and after two tries, it kept telling me it was not “recognizing “ the address I wanted to send it to. But I’ve sent items to the same address from the same post office twice in the past. There was no one around to help so after being there good 45 min… I accomplished nothing and left. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS POST OFFICE, EVER!!!

They lose/steal packages and take no accountability for them ! Tried to contact customer service and they lie and give you the runaround! Terrible experience all around with this postal service branch!
