Horrible service at this place. Can't print a simple pdf, even after you follow all the steps. They will not try to help you, instead the reps will try to explain the basics of attaching a pdf to an email by telling you that the pdf needs to download to the email. What are you talking about? Only way to send a pdf via email is by attaching it.

Just for some context, I used this store for my most recent “hold at location” request but I had used many other stores for this process as well.
Anyway, I had a very important package coming my way so I was keeping track of it pretty frequently. Everything was going okay until I noticed that it had been around 10 hours since the package had been delivered to the store and I still hadn’t received a “ready for pickup” notification. The package stayed this way for one whole day, and when the second day was coming to a close I decided to go to the store and go check what happened because the pickups are usually pretty instant once they are delivered to the store.
I show up at the store and ask the lady working one of the front desks if she can check on my package since it had been almost two whole days since the last tracking update. I mentioned to her that it may be likely that they had accidentally forgotten to scan the package since they had already delivered the package to them according to the tracking number. She said “Oh, you think WE forgot to scan it?”
She asks for my tracking number so I give it to her. She tells me that the package is still in transit which doesn’t make sense since it’s already been delivered to the store. I try to ask for a bit more information but she doesn’t seem to know the answer so she just hands me the national customer service phone number.
I call the number and the customer service representative is just as confused since she can also see that the package had been delivered to the store. She didn’t know how to help so she just said she was going to send a notification to the store so that they could text me updates on my package.
The package was important so I decided to try to track it down. I drove a total of 50 miles to surrounding FedEx locations until I got to FedEx Ground in Santa Fe Springs and they told me that they had definitely delivered it and that it should be at this store. The guy told me that I should call this store and ask them to check around their office so I did, the nice lady on the phone was able to find it pretty quickly. I drove back to this store and once I walked in the first lady was still there working the desk and deep down I knew she was giving me the “oh god, this guy again” look under her mask. I tell her that I had called a couple of minutes ago and that her coworker had found my package. She processed it and I went home.
Moral of the story, this could have all been avoided if she had just looked around for a couple of seconds before waving me off in the first place. I know people don’t like to be told how to do their job but I was just mentioning the most logical explanation for my package status not having changed in a while. It’s very annoying having to drive around blindly just to end up at the same place where I started.
