All workers here are competent and great! Stopped by on a Saturday and Phil and the other gentlemen helped us out just in time. Thanks!

The review about Rebecca Ruiz is one sided. I am the clerk that was there. I am very nice to my customers. I can’t believe you have to post something that wasn’t true. You weren’t even there. Your husband was there with your daughter. He was trying to mail a letter and was standing too close to the customer I was helping. I just kindly said if you can just step back where the line starts and not directly behind who I am helping at the counter. He was very mad at what I told him to do that he yelled and called me derogatory names that I won’t say. I said that I will call the police if he won’t calm down. He did get really angry and asked for my name and supervisor. People shouldn’t write things on these reviews that don’t know what really happened. I am one of the nicest person you will ever know. I would never do any of those bad things to any customer. Other customers know. Thanks for reading this. Merced

Employees are of no help and are clearly miserable human beings just filling a role (whatever that is). I show them a digital USPS shipping label, only to get several eye rolls and a stern “you have to print that before you get here”. So unlike UPS and FedEx who can just scan and reprint a label, the USPS makes a 2 minute transaction into a 1 hour hunt for a printing shop. Clearly the USPS remains as useless and irrelevant as they were in 1998.

this location needs to do proper training on their employees on how to give proper customer service to customers going in to ship out a package or etc. if they don't like to help customers maybe they should not work there!!! your employer named merced needs to be fired immediately!!! someone just tried to ship out a package and he literally got aggressive with the customer and even threatened to call ice on him as well. that is not how you treat someone just trying to ship out a package and he also did not want to call the manager. fire him immediately or train him better!!!

The people who work here are nice enough, friendly. But they don't seem to ever have more than 1 clerk working the line at a time no matter how long the line is. Maybe just my bad luck when I come. This wouldn't fly in a retail environment, but it's government, so what choice do you have.
