I have packages delivered to my PO Box, yet they don’t put in a notice slip, notify me, or even place them inside the box. Instead, I’m left waiting in long lines—sometimes even when I’m the first one here—while no one seems to know what’s going on. Waiting for an item that should already be in my box, with no explanation, is unacceptable. And unfortunately, this is just one of many ongoing issues I’ve experienced at this location.
