Best service I’ve ever experienced at a USPS. Just keep in mind their hours and that they close for a lunch break from 1-2. I’ve never experienced a long line and the clerk is always super friendly and personable. They also scan packages unlike some other USPS locations for accurate and faster tracking.

Myra was helpful and friendly during my short visit in Sept 2023. Tip for new visitors, once you enter the main doors of the WTC, take a right and go down the hallway past the elevators (on your left) and the law office (on your right). The poat office is in the right corner.

I am a travel nurse and based primarily in the Southern California area. Since I am not able to get to my primary residence out of state, I opened a post office box centrally located to where I usually work so I wasn't constantly forwarding mail every 13 weeks. I picked this post office because the main post office has terrible reviews. I've used them for a year now and have had terrible experiences. The main Clerk at the front named van is very rude. They constantly deliver mail late and I've even missed an important court date do to it. Over the last month they continuously have been losing my packages. I have my packages that state on the tracking record that it was signed out and delivered to my post office box. They never were. When I asked them to check in the back to make sure, they don't even attempt and tell me that if it says it was delivered, it was delivered, and they don't keep anything in the back. Many times after I insist, he literally huffs and puffs and stomps to the back and sometimes miraculously appears with a package. Of course he does it by complaining and saying that "this is such a big pain" and :happens all the time". He's right! It's a pain to the customer! He states that the main post office logs got the package was sent to the World Trade Center location even when it isn't. However, after looking into it even further when going to the main post office oh, it shows that the actual World Trade Center location scanner was used and identifies the user that stand it as Van. He denies it and goes back to the generic response that if it was him then he delivered it and doesn't know where it is. I'm currently in the process of working with the supervisor name Eva at the main post office who was very helpful at first. Now she doesn't answer her phone number that she gave me to speak with her directly and when I go to the main post office I'm told that there is no supervisor on that and when I asked when will a supervisor be available, they answer that they don't know and the best thing to do is to keep coming back every day. There's no way to reach anyone by phone and the call is disconnected after a series of rings without going to voicemail. I now have been missing another package that states was delivered on November 19th and placed in my box but it hasn't. Eva stated that she was supposed to "speak with Van about something anyway" when I made a complaint and I've noticed that my mail has now been taking longer and more packages are missing. Perhaps they are delivered, but they're going to the wrong boxes. The reason I even make a statement like that is because I've received other people's medications in my box but I was honest enough to bring them back to be redelivered. So my advice is to find a different location and not to complain because if you thought your service was bad before or that you are missing a package or two here and there, you will now never get your items and good luck in the claims process.
