He is truly a kind soul: patient, informative, and genuinely helpful. I’ve been to many USPS offices, but this one stands out because of Michael. Every visit has been a positive experience, and that’s rare. Michael has helped me on multiple occasions. Most recently, I dropped off my wedding invitations with destinations in Mexico and across Southern California. He kindly guided me through the entire mailing process, including checking the weight, advising on postage, and answering every question I had with clarity and care. His service is nothing short of exceptional. He makes what could be a stressful task feel easy and even enjoyable. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely values helping customers. I hope management sees this and gives Michael the recognition he truly deserves. Thank you, Michael, for making such a difference!

- MBMadrona BeachNov 29, 20153.0Significant decline in the quality of service since the previous manager retired, while price of PO box rental has doubled since 2016. Staff ESPECIALLY struggle with the timely delivery of packages to those who have PO boxes. Service has gotten slower, and it's now much more common for workers to be unable to find packages that they have in their possession. This is what I wrote 8 years ago: Good service, way faster line movement (and less dirty and crazy) than the downtown PO. Only problem is that they charge four times more for their PO boxes than downtown. Cost of doing business in Belmont Shore/ Naples, I suppose.
