  Hace tres días fui a esta oficina esta chica detrás del mostrador le pasé 4 paquetes de Amazon y solo registro 3 y ahora estoy en un lío con Amazon por q ellos quieren un número de gis el cual solo me dieron un recibo q no tiene guía ahora Amazon no me quiere devolver el dinero de 88 dólares ahora me dan un número el cual nadie contesta

  EXPENSIVE. These folks are expensive (not the only reason for the rating). Ex. printed a label for a return (not an 8.5x11 copy like it’s rang up—it was half the size, so I wasn’t even charged correctly)and it cost $2.54. I attached my receipt to show that nothing else was purchased. Other UPS stores print the labels at no extra cost when I’m doing a return through a retailer that uses UPS, specifically for returns, like I was today (Asos). At these prices you’d also think you’d get decent service but no. They’re not cool or chill in any way. I’ve gone in a few times and each time it’s the same 1-2 people and they treat everyone like a relunctant obligation. I’ll see people be warm. They give nothing. The other UPS stores I go to are just normal. It’s business but human. This feels cold and if it were just once or twice, whatever but it’s every time. They’re both white so idk if it’s just a cultural thing but it’s uncomfortable.

  #FRAUD , I don't live in the US, but I bought an Xbox and had it delivered to my hotel. It arrived defective, so I took the product to the UPS store in Long Beach. The clerk knew it was an Xbox inside the box. The delivery was made on December 11th, and today is December 22nd. The tracking shows that it's still awaiting delivery, even though I dropped it off 11 days ago. The tracking code is 1Z2W495V0357176172. I have the receipt. I even have the code from the employee who generated the label, and I believe the store has cameras that can prove the product was delivered.

  Walked in today (12/17 around 12:15pm) to get a document notarized and faxed and both women working the store (Megan specifically) were very attentive, accommodating, and efficient. They had me in and out quickly 👍
