  The staff is friendly, helpful, but usually long lines and wait. Seems to be under staffed, it's unfortunate because workers doing their best. Hope they get more help during the holidays.

  I’ll be as polite and honest ; the ladies working there are usually slow, scatterbrain, and have lines out the door mostly every day because of lack urgency or desire to work quickly enough! Whoever manages this place should seek new workers as this UPS is the worst I ever been to, been to probably more than 20 UPS stores for my businesses over the years and yeah this is the worst one! Just terrible UPS location, if you can go to another one! I was waiting at the store one day for over 15 min and it was just me in line and one lady helping one guy and the other in the back talking on the phone sitting on top of the shipping tables! I don’t know who she was talking to tbh but still waiting over 15min just to drop off a few things already labeled just needed them scanned. Only until there was like 7 more people behind me that the lady talking on the phone decides to help me! Yeah this place is wors Ups- avoid at all costs!

  They do not have enough staff and have no plans on hiring more people. They only have two registers and only one associate ever seems to know what they’re doing in there. The line is always long and out of the door.
