There were other agents around doing their thing but she came out and immediately asked how she could assist me. In a world where customer service seemed to be out the door Michelle is the type of individual who has self initiative and doesn’t follow the “that’s not in my job description” protocol. I'm a single mom and being able to do returns after I drop my daughter off at daycare & still be able to make it to my job in time by 8am has been a life saver. I can't do returns during the day because I work, I trying to carry in returns while also carrying a toddler after work is impossible. The staff here are also upbeat and helpful, and there's hardly ever a line. I also love that they offer USPS as well as UPS, so when I need to mail something I can price check the best option in one location. I also love their notary services and drive out of my way to go to this location because I've had such great experiences here! Highly recommend!
