Having worked with many companies in the USA over the years, this was my first experience with FEDEX, and unfortunately, it wasn’t just mediocre, it was truly frustrating. I won’t be returning to this location; while I might consider giving FEDEX another chance, it definitely won’t be here. The staff was very rude and indifferent, which is such a shame. Fortunately, my package arrived on time, but I ended up angry at how they could treat someone bringing business to them with such a positive attitude.
