If the owner of this location is reading this, please consider hiring new people. Your employees drive people out of the store. Just rude, bothered by simple questions and wildly unhelpful. Left to take my business elsewhere. Will report this location to corporate also.

Do not *EVER* trust this FedEx with a print job—I mean it. I printed a manuscript with them (300+ pages) and they managed to screw it up in multiple places. Pages missing everywhere. Because it was over 300 pages, I had to read through to discover them. The first issue: they left 6 pages off the end. I had to go in 3x to have this issue fixed. They wasted hours of my life. Now a couple days later, I'm reading through and I discover another FIFTEEN PAGES missing from the middle. I'm livid. I called into corporate customer service and they claimed that management would follow up with me (no follow-up yet, four days later).
Do not give this location money. If you can avoid it, don't give FEDEX money. They have not once offered any kind of refund, coupon, nothing for all my trouble.

I've worked in retail and owned a coffee house and ANYBODY working/owning a retail shop of any kind should know that the first thing and least thing you do is acknowledge the presence of a customer.
I stood there waiting around 20 minutes (from the time I walked in to the time I left) while these two girls stood near the office talking about who knows what but they NEVER looked my way as I was standing at the service counter.
Then when one of them walked out she was asked a question by a girl making copies, the employee's response was "I'm really busy now and that will have to wait". Then the two employees stood within 5 feet of me at the service counter and discussed Bus schedules again never making eye contact. I felt like my presence was a nuisance to them.
A simple nod "hello I see you" would have help some but I guess that was below them.
Pretty sure I'll never use ANY FedEx Office again
