Real post office rules don’t apply to them, and they find one way or another to twist things around to fit their needs. Tells locals when they should or shouldn’t be picking up packages for the post office workers’ convenience, even when the time works for the other party. I would give them a negative number or at least a zero as a rating if it was possible.
