- PWPhotom WagnerFeb 24, 20262.0The post is a necessity and this office, looses a lot of mail..its no wonder why people choose to use them rather rarely and choose other 3rd party options which end up sending the usps the last mile for the cheapest possible, and usps probably hates that, but they need to do better..was waiting at my door for my delivery, watched the mail carrier drive into my apt complex and got the notification that my package was delivered and watched them drive off. The notification said delivery to door, which never happened. Went to my mail box for the parcel box to my surprise no key for the parcel box and all of them were unlocked..the mail carrier just scanned for delivery in location to what get a geotag? And drove off with no delivery? Package too far to walk? Isn't it kinda the job? I was watching them not do their job and didn't get my rather much needed wetsuit. Beware

The workers at the counters are always super helpful and friendly, but I have been trying to get a hold of a manager or postmaster since October and I keep getting the runaround and no return emails or phone calls. I've reached out to USPS customer service and they help me as much as they can, but it always leads back to them or myself needing to reach this locations manager and await a return response.
