The people aren’t really mextraordinarily kind but every other UPS store I’ve been to in my nearby areas, The employee seemed to have a bad attitude, so I guess I can say I’m grateful for the neutral color of the employees that are in my town.
- PJPaige JamesAug 20, 20251.0Walked in to print something, asked him pricing and the man working that morning was very rude! he answered my question but clearly work up on the wrong side of the bed because he started this whole interaction with an attitude. I stayed polite and while I was trying to send the photos to the link when he so rudely told me to control my child that the ups was a place of business. My child who wasn’t doing anything but dancing in the lobby in front of me, I was shocked and left I took my business elsewhere where. Rude rude rude. Wouldn’t waste your time with customer service like theirs. Also making report to corporate because my child has a right to be there just as anyone else and had not done anything to this man for him to speak to me that way. Edit to respond to store response. Please watch the video, there was no one in your store when I walked in and he simply danced that direction and I quickly told him to come back over. However after this interaction I would never bring my business back! I went right over to the box shop and completed my print and the man at the box shop was so kind and helped print my things. No excuse! use the box shop over this UPS.
