- OAOlga AltieriApr 21, 20261.0It has been my favorite place to renew my passport until now..the gentleman AD...gave me a very bad. Customer Service. First , I arrived and there was nobody, out of sudden he started helping another person..without bothering to ask me if I was ready..he spent almost 30 mins wit the the other client who came after me. He was even helping him to fill out his fofm..at the end I made an observation for the future to ask a client if I was ready instead of helping the customer after me..and he got offended.. Hopefully, in the future workers can be humble and treat every body equal.
