Karina help me step my step to do my Temu return. Came from post office and no one was willingly to help and her professionalism and customer service was amazing. Very happy to have made the discussion to choose this store as my store. And other employees Justin and Roxana were very sweet to other customers while I was being help by Karina.

Just have to say that this store was very clean and the atmosphere was very friendly and inviting. I’m super appreciative of the work and time that Olivia, Hannah, and Karina for getting what I needed shipped and packed done. They went above and beyond for me and I wanted to give to this review as a testament to their wonderful hard work. Thank you UPS Store.

Very impressive management skill from a wonderful soul. The young lady that assisted me was very compassionate and explained everything clearly. I believe her name was Karina L. I’ve been to many stores that lack the customer service skill, but at this location and at the time I went this young lady did a 10/10.

They took their time with me with my work documents that I had to download and I seen the employees help out very professionally and efficiently. Their vibe in the store is very positive. Was able to call and schedule my livescan for the next day and it was just an easy process as a whole. The employee who helped me (Karina) was very nice and got my appointment done and paid for in no time at all. Would highly recommend for any livescan services as well as postal/shipping needs (I’ve also done Amazon returns and shipping cross country packages at this location and they’ve all been fast and easy experiences).
