I hate this place with every fiber of my being. By far the worst place to ship anything. Everyone working here always look like they hate their job

Lady at the counter refused to accept a package with a prepaid label because her scanner couldn’t scan the tracking barcode…
I’ve literally have had ZERO issues with other USPS personnel accepting packages with barcodes they could not scan. Do you know what they did? They just typed in the tracking number into their computer—like they are supposed to do in the case that their scanner cannot scan a barcode. Nothing in their policy states that they cannot accept a package with a barcode their scanner cannot scan. That’s why postal services have tracking numbers and are able to manually input the tracking number.
This location seriously needs to speak to their employees about whether or not they want to do their job!

For 19 years, we’ve gotten our mail at home in the morning no later than 10 AM now. Somebody new is on this route and we’re not getting our mail till 4 o’clock in the afternoon and five times in the past month and a half the person has forgotten my husband‘s newspaper that is now having to be delivered by the US mail so he’s getting two day old news because this person cannot remember the Dang newspaper worst service ever.. there’s another deliver person a female that gets our mail here like it has been before 10 o’clock in the morning. It has not ever forgot my husband‘s newspaper. But somebody that’s delivering mail on one day a week two days a week not sure who they are there for getting it over and over again and can’t get here for some reason until four in the afternoon when everybody else has gotten here before 10 for 19 years .
