So dissatisfied with overall customer service. They don’t know what is going on, several times I went there to get my mailbox key after being told it was available. My initial mailbox was broken into and the post office doesn’t seem to have a system that streamlines the inconvenience caused by the incident. For a government entity, I would expect this to some respect but it’s overboard; supervisors take notice! I know this comment will fall on deaf ears.

Everytime I come here the line is out the door with at least 10-15 people in line, most the time it’s one person working, if it’s 2 they arnt very friendly and seem highly annoyed: what should be a quick trip ends up being at least 30 minutes.. even if your 4th in line. Absolutely horrible

Up until recently, I haven't had a problem with this post office - probably because our regular carrier is awesome, and whenever I go in, I manage to get one of the two people who are competent. Our regular carrier is out on leave right now. She's literally one of maybe 3 employees from the entire post office that make it a decent experience. But guess what? Her temporary replacement has not picked up the mail in my, or my neighbor's mailbox, in TWO DAYS. Never mind that we both had our red mailbox flags up. They just passed us by without looking or stopping. I have no idea what's going on in this particular office, but they clearly don't have any control over their employees, nor over quality. I kind of feel sorry for the carriers because the trucks are all in horrible condition. Some of them have such horrible emissions, I'm afraid the poor carrier is literally getting gassed. Whatever is going on over there and needs to be fixed. This kind of thing has been going on for years. It's really not fair to the people who work there to have such conditions.

Went in yesterday and the lady i spoke to said she couldn't do what i needed, that a supervisor would have to help me, but they didn't have one there and to come back the next morning. I went back in this morning and told them the lady yesterday told me i need a supervisor, so they called for one over the loud speaker twice! I waited half an hour and nobody came out, i asked if they could just go grab them real quick and the guy looked at me and said it doesn't work like that! How am i supposed to do what i need to do if theres either not a supervisor there, or if they are there they just refuse to come up to the front when being called and nobody is allowed to go get them!?

Almost always there is only 1 clerk and long lines! Management is of no use! The worst post office to have to go to!! Expect to stand in line when ever you visit this post office!!
