I went in to have important documents sent, and from the moment I walked through the door, John greeted me right away with a warm smile. Raquel and Gabe also immediately offered their greetings, which made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. What truly stood out to me was how well the team worked together. A steady stream of customers came in while I was there, yet John, Raquel, and Gabe remained consistently cordial, courteous, and attentive to every single client. No one felt rushed or overlooked. Each team member showed great initiative, professionalism, and genuine care in helping customers. It’s clear that this team has an excellent working relationship and strong teamwork, which makes a huge difference in the overall customer experience.
