I had an order canceled from another location because their machines went down and it wouldn’t be fixed in time to be ready in time for Christmas. I called a few locations near my mom’s house (I’m driving home from school in Reno to Manteca), and not only was the Lodi location the only one willing to help me, but Jocelyn was by far the kindest and most helpful person I spoke with. She went completely out of her way to walk me through the steps of what I needed to get to make sure my order was sent correctly to her location, immediately sent it to print, and genuinely cared about helping me. I truly wish I could have picked it up in person to thank her personally, she was beyond kind and helpful! My mom went and picked it up for me and said she was just as sweet at pick up! She absolutely deserves some kind of internal recognition for her kindness and outstanding customer service!! Thank you!!
