- CSChira SenapatiNov 9, 20251.0Had a very bad experience at this store. Just to be transparent, I have been going to this store for a while, and never had such a bad experience. May be it is just one bad employee. Leaving this review for owners to get visibility. I was at the store on the weekend just a few mins before the store closes. I had been too tied up that day to drop the returns before. On reaching the store at the last minute, I apologized to the folks that I was too tied up and stopped by only at the last minute. When I told them I was trying for the last 3 hours to stop by, and couldn’t manage until the last minute, the store employee told me “Good Story”. This just shocked me to hear an insensitive response. I was so shocked to hear such a statement that lacked empathy. My only recommendation to that female employee is that if you can’t have empathy in your words, better don’t answer. As they say, “one bad fish spoils the pond”. I have really enjoyed talking to the store owner in the past. My rating is only for this bad experience.

It is always super enjoyable (which is not how I would normally describe going to most mailing authorities). Very helpful and answer every question earnestly with patience, even if there is a long line you don’t feel rushed or like you are wasting anyone’s time.

Computer is so slow was not able to print all my documents due to computer giving issues and was charged $3.50 for computer usage which I didnt even use and the Guy said they have to charge cause he used it to print my stuff. Ridiculous customer service.
