When I arrived for walk-in passport services, on Wednesday 1/28/26, the guy on staff was rude as ever. Seemed overwhelmed and unable to handle the volume of customers on his own. That does not excuse his lack of customer service. If you need passport services go to Lake Hughes. Overall better experience.

Larger packages they know won’t fit in the lockers are loaded into the truck, driven around all day the brought back for pickup the next day. Totally lame. The manager gal needs to be fired. She’s rude and un helpful. Some how she was or is running the Pearblossom post office into the ground. She hates the customers that fund her paycheck. Postmaster please remover her immediately!!
