She gave me all the information that I need for my package, but the second lady I talked to with these glasses. She was very condescending, trying to make jokes To other coworkers because I made mistakes that I accidentally made but my brain is not all the way there my brother committed suicide and she doesn’t understand by trying to laugh or Condescending is not professional. This is the worst experience that I ever had and it’s not OK. I hope somebody talks to her with the glasses because she was not professional at all.
- NRNicole ReenApr 11, 20221.0The postal lady managed to drive all the way up a half a mile driveway but then was too lazy to get out of her little mail truck so she threw my package out the window in the middle of the parking lot and drove off if you’re gonna drive all the way up the driveway then delivered to the door just like any other delivery service. It’s very disappointing the lack of care people have have some pride in what you do.
- LKLynn KaysDec 24, 20165.0Such wonderful happy employees at this post office! Always greet us with a smile and are willing to help. They are never grumpy. The parking lot has plenty of spots even at Christmas time with overflow on the street. There is a convenient letter drop outside. State of the art technology inside the building. Super clean and neat! The automatic doors are such a nice touch during cold and flu season. You can carry packages in without having to open the doors. The lines are not very long unless of course it's holiday season which is to be expected. Print your own labels and don't stand in line! It's a no brainer! We have it so good here in Lincoln with this excellent post office! They take pride in keeping it clean and germ free. I even saw a man wiping down the counters! They decorate with wreaths for Christmas time. I can't say enough good about this post office! We recently came from a town that has just the opposite so Lincolnites rejoice! This is excellent!
