She gave me all the information that I need for my package, but the second lady I talked to with these glasses. She was very condescending, trying to make jokes To other coworkers because I made mistakes that I accidentally made but my brain is not all the way there my brother committed suicide and she doesn’t understand by trying to laugh or Condescending is not professional. This is the worst experience that I ever had and it’s not OK. I hope somebody talks to her with the glasses because she was not professional at all.

This is the fourth time I’ve been at the post office and every time I come in here they want something different and something more! This is like DMV status! They have no problem taking my money than telling me they can’t do something and then not wanting to give me my money back! And then I wanna talk with the bulk mail employee and they always tell me to come between 10 and 12 so I come and they tell me she’s on lunch and I need to wait 20 minutes for her. Why tell me to come between 10 and 12??
