We stopped by the Post Office to look at box sizes, etc., and were really pleased with the help we received. We weren't sure what we needed & the two men there were very helpful, and suggested items we might need---tape, bubble wrap, and box size--as well as helping us figure out cost comparisons for different shipping. Everyone likes to complain, it seems, so it's nice to be able to give a good review for those who do their job, do it well, and act like they actually care. It was a really pleasant experience & everything arrived home in good condition.

- JJJelly JamJul 8, 20251.0The young lady on July 2nd at 8:30am told me that USPS does not accept ebay prepaid labels or any outside 3rd party labels for USPS. I bought a prepaid ebay label that was $12.58 but then when I showed her the QR code, she printed it out, stuck it on the package and told me it wouldn't work I'd have to pay for it again because it was a hazardous material, electronics. So I said ok, I paid for a separate label through USPS not ebay because she didn't want me to update the ebay label, the total ended up being $16.65 for ground advantage from CA to RI. However, the major issue is that USPS does accept prepaid Ebay labels and never had this issue before.....now I'm fighting ebay for a refund because USPS is supposed to accept it....
