Manager (I’m assuming) couldn’t even apologize for one of their couriers scanning my package on the wrong street and being too lazy to turn around and deliver my package. My package was marked to be held at the post office at the request of a customer (no one requested, courier was just being lazy) I was home and my mail was delivered but my package was not. The man I was speaking to didn’t even apologize and couldn’t help me in anyway besides telling me to wait for my package. Will be contacting USPS HQ directly. Needed that package today urgently. Unprofessional.

We stopped by the Post Office to look at box sizes, etc., and were really pleased with the help we received. We weren't sure what we needed & the two men there were very helpful, and suggested items we might need---tape, bubble wrap, and box size--as well as helping us figure out cost comparisons for different shipping. Everyone likes to complain, it seems, so it's nice to be able to give a good review for those who do their job, do it well, and act like they actually care. It was a really pleasant experience & everything arrived home in good condition.

On that particular day, I was suffering from tremors in my hands so printing the information on the envelope and the certified card was very difficult. I had to fill out the card 3 times before I could read it and this took me 45 minutes . I could have asked for assistance but I don't like doing that. I was surprised that nobody asked me if I needed help.
