Certified mail goes missing. Acts like a small private business that can refuse service at will. Customers are completely blind in seeing what USPS employee or facility are responsible for literal parcel theft <—How they work

This post office has been consistently unreliable. On multiple occasions, we have received our neighbors’ mail in our mailbox. We shouldn’t have to play mail carrier and repost letters and packages that were delivered incorrectly—it’s not our job, and we’re certainly not being paid to do theirs.
Even more frustrating, we have had packages go missing due to what appears to be negligence from the mail office or the courier. When customers rely on the mail service for important deliveries, this level of carelessness is unacceptable.
It is the responsibility of the mail office to ensure mail and packages are delivered accurately and securely. This is not a one-time mistake but a recurring problem, and it shows a lack of attention to detail and accountability.
Until these issues are corrected, this post office does not deserve more than one star.

This is the first negative review I’ve ever written on any platform, but I feel it’s necessary. I’ve been to this USPS location about 4 times and each time I’ve unfortunately been met by Ken, who is consistently unhelpful, condescending, and mean. Truly disappointing service. If you absolutely need help in a post office, please for your sanity, try a different city
