  A simple question will get you attitude. I mistakenly set my Amazon return barcode to be taken to SaveMart. It usually always defaults to UPS so I simply got a little confused when the barcode wouldn’t scan at the self service station inside UPS. I simply asked the worker at the counter if they had a location inside SaveMart, because I don’t know how it works, what if they did? I was curious and there was no one else in the store, so I wasn’t holding up a line. He goes, “If you looked across the street there’s a SaveMart, we aren’t Amazon.”

  The guys who work here do such a great job. Glad to have our own lathrop ups. Rikki and Micah always helps speed up the line. If you have a QR code return you can use their module, no need to wait! Besides they are only helping all of lathrop :)

  Just finished my transaction here. The bald guy with nose piercing helped me a lot today. It’s my first time to return an item and don’t no idea how to do it. He helped me all the way. Other staff are very welcoming as well. It’s to see some approachable and knowledgeable staff. Kudos to the staff.

  I want to take a moment to recognize Rikki and Micah specifically. I’ve been coming to this UPS Store regularly for printing documents, posters, and notary work, and they have always been helpful, professional, and patient. They go out of their way to explain things clearly and keep the process moving — especially when it comes to Amazon returns and printing instructions. To be honest, a lot of frustration I see in other reviews seems to come from people not reading instructions or not completing steps on their end. That’s not on the staff. This location provides high-value service, and Rikki and Micah consistently show up with a good attitude and strong customer service. I appreciate their help every time I’m in, and I’ll continue to use this store without hesitation.
