    The notary Rikki I think he said messed up my documentation three times I had to re-print it and charge me every single time. I also seen him go to the back with a customer on the counter a man and they didn’t come out for a while.

    The Bald guy with the beard is extremely RUDE, lacks customer service skills. Treats people with little to no respect. He has zero patience for people and while I was in the store I witness how he puts people down when they asked for help. Unfortunately it's my closest UPS Store

    Awful Experience — Stay Away! I honestly have no idea what’s going on with the people working here, but they were unbelievably rude, miserable, and condescending. Their attitude was horrible; zero customer service, zero respect. It honestly felt like they hated being there and took it out on the customers. These employees seriously need either a whole lot of retraining or a new job somewhere else, because this was just unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

    Today I had the worst service at this UPS location. It was my first time returning something there — and definitely the last. I had a few items to return, and as soon as I walked in, they told me, “If you have Amazon returns, use the self-return kiosk.” There was only one person ahead of me, so the store wasn’t even busy! I agreed and asked for help, but the way the employee spoke to me was extremely unprofessional — like I didn’t understand anything — repeating himself in a rude, condescending way. Then the machine showed “needs assistance,” and instead of coming over to help, they just kept shouting instructions from a distance. Finally, one of them decided to come help. I also had one small box that was already packed by the customer, but I forgot to tape the top — just a tiny piece! The employee said I had to pay $1 for a piece of tape. Seriously?! I told him it was just a small bit missing, but he insisted. I paid it, but this was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. UPS should really be more careful in choosing employees — good customer service should always be a priority.
