You guys are incompetent, you guys don't read the numbers, right? It's not the neighbor's fault. They get packages that it's not theirs, and they don't want to return them. It's your fault for not reading the numbers to the addresses to which it belongs to stop hiring incompetent people. It's not difficult to match numbers.

This is important paperwork! This post office is responsible for lost or delayed!
