When I politely asked for my receipt, you would think it’s a simple question with a simple answer but the clerk responded sarcastically and said, “How did you think you weren’t going to get a receipt?” and then followed with, “Is this your first time here?” I found the comment unnecessary and unprofessional. I simply expected basic courtesy while conducting business.

I use to go out of my way to see a real person to save their jobs, but seeing a real attendant and they keep on saying I won't do that or I won't do this, there is no purpose in seeing a person anymore other than wasting my time. From now on I will only go to post offices that have a machine where I can conduct my business without a post office employee refusing to help.
