Horrible experience! I went to this location to drop off a package, and when I got there, the door of the establishment was opened, and I did not see any sign stating it was closed. Once in there, I was told by one of the employees that it was already closed, and I replied, "if he could take one more since it was just a drop off, a small package from Amazon." Since there was no response, I figured that was an OK. But then, the employees started making faces showing how much they hate their job. And all of a sudden, this woman started yelling and screaming at me like a maniac, calling me rude for coming in after closing hours. At first, I thought she was the manager, but then I realized that she was just a customer who took it upon herself to police the establishment. She was clearly mentally unstable and probably under the influence; I just decided to ignore the obnoxious Karen. What is even more upsetting is that the employees did not intervene. They did not even care to de-escalate the situation. This place is not safe; and the employees could care less if your physical integrity is compromised. I called the store manager to file a complain, and he did not even apologized for this incident. He sounded dismissive, and all he said was that he was going to make a note of it. We the customers don't need him to make a note; we need quality customer service.

One of the finest establishments I’ve ever been to. Alex and the team truly care about tending to the needs of their customers and work incredibly hard to ensure quality service with everyone. They get pretty busy but despite that they are speedy quick. A friendly reminder to always treat those that work in retail with patience and respect. I know they will do the same for you. Love these guys!
