  Easy peasy. Went in, the person was extremely nice and warm. This is good. It means that he enjoys his job. And to top it off, it was really easy to drop off.

  I had my package ready and came into no problem with returning my Amazon package. Line moved smooth and was in line no longer than a few minutes

  Absolutely ridiculous AIR cut off time for this location during the week is 420. I got here at 405 handed my package off to an employee and he said oh this one go out until tomorrow. I said no your cut off is 420 and the truck is right there (mind you I come 3x a week). I asked can you still hand it to him the truck is here and he said you can go out there and see if he’s in the truck yourself. (First thought UM OK customer service is a 0,) This employee wasn’t helping anyone just pushing a cart of supplies. I went outside and there was no driver for the truck, I tried knocking on the back door and the driver door and shouted in the window. But no answer. I went back in and asked another employee (I didn’t get his name but Asian with glasses) was of much better help he went outside with me to look for the driver checked the truck. But we couldn’t find the driver. He kept the package and offered to hand it off if he saw the driver again before the truck leaves. I paid AIR shipping price, got here before the cut off time only to be told it won’t leave until tomorrow the weekend causing an even longer delay. As if 435 PM truck is still here hasn’t left yet and I bet my package won’t either.

  UPS delivery is horrible!!! Not only is their delivery times horrible because they say they’ll arrive by 9pm & by the 5th attempt I still don’t have my package because ups delivery came in all different times as if I’m going to be waiting at the door or staring at my ring camera all day till they come. UPS needs to do better and fix there arrival times at a specific time. Better yet text a head of time saying what time you’ll arrive. Don’t arrive before the time you say too. Very frustrating. Also ups doesn’t give you the option to JUST pick up your own package because of restrictions, rather then making the customer happy and fixing the problem then causing all this trouble. Management needs to address this issue so they know what’s going on with the lack and poor delivery times that isn’t on time or is delayed a day behind.
