I've never had an issue when doing business at this location. Today I went in did my shipping out. Got home looked at my receipt
and there was .86 charge for donation: To Junior Achievements. Its only .86 cents, but wasn't asked just added it. And Im not happy about it. Being dishonest and cheating people is not cool. Its principle.
EMPOYEE # 149374. What else is this employee doing?? Always look at your receipt.. SMDH

Well I had been getting notary services done at this location for about a year or so & things were fine until I noticed more recently that William Lawrence Vogel just happened to be the only one notarizing my documents as of late which I found to be suspicious since there are numerous other notaries working at that location. He clearly doesn’t fully understand his job because he had to make calls a number of different times that I was there (or at least he acted like he was) to determine if it was ok to notarize certain documents. In reality I feel it was an act & a form of intimidation to make me feel uncomfortable, all because he’s looking down on my activities with his judgmental eyes—either that or he was reporting to someone because he found my frequent visits to be suspicious. Also, it’s not his job to read through my affidavits & documents, he was just being nosey & discriminatory & passing judgment simply because he didn’t understand the nature of what I was trying to accomplish. Mind you, I’ve had the exact same affidavit notarized by numerous notaries, including two at this same location, & at different locations. If he understood anything about contract law or law in general, which he clearly does NOT, he would know that when someone is trying to build a case it requires things to be notarized. But no, an indigenous woman can’t possibly be doing something so intelligently, I must be up to something nefarious. I would give the store a much higher rating if it weren’t for William Vogel, but as we all know, one rotten discriminatory apple can completely ruin the whole batch. I definitely won’t be spending any of my money or energy at this place again. This was extremely poor customer service & completely unacceptable. What are we calling the male versions of “Karens” these days? William Vogels, that’s what. The hall monitors of the world 🙄🙄🙄

Charging a $1 for 2” of tape?!... Sorry but this is a terrible way to run a business — nickle and diming customers. I will avoid this location at all costs from now on.

Been going here for years and now they started charging 1 dollar PER box to tape up even if it’s a prepaid return despite the amount of business they get…seriously cheap. Apparently it’s an independently owned and operated decision, not UPSs decision. Will go somewhere else in the future.
