They shouldn’t even be an option for Amazon. This service seems to be the only service that keeps them in business with employees all over standing around. Management should be embarrassed to just accept this horrible service they offer without finding a resolution. Having employees tell the customer if they get enough complaints Amazon make give them another device is ridiculous. I will never be back the place is disorganized and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years.
