They’ve been audited by USPS numerous times. Absolutely horrendous excuse for a USPS location.
- CLCharlotte LongoSep 16, 20251.0The mail carrier that services my Mobile Home Park in Hawaiian Gardens does not deliver our mail. I receive notifications of mail that I should receive, but I may not get it until 2 or 3 days later. At one time it was more than a full week later! This is not just a one time thing. There have also been times when I have put something out for the mail carrier to pick up, he/she just drives by without picking it up. In the 2 years I have lived in the mobile home park, this has happened at least 9 times if not more! Sadly, I am not the only one that this has happened to in my mobile home park. Also, there have been times when mail is delivered around or after 8:00 PM, which seems rather odd. I believe the mail carrier for our mobile home park needs to be more attentive to the needs of the seniors living in the park. Very disheartening.
