They have lost my mail and basically told me to file a claim online which not worth my lost. Carelessly and unprofessional starting from entry level staff till the supervisor position. Probably got that promote from some fruity activities. All of them would better keep themselves at home and away from people, stop messed up other people's life. Best place you guys can drop the right mail is in hell! Resign from there to make a better change for others 🤬
