  The clerk failed to hit collate when she made my copies then she spent a long time incorrectly hand sorting so that each page had to be turned again to correct her error. Never apologized. Did know machine procedures. Alignment was also wrong. Thus I had a frustrating, time consuming, and expensive visit. (Previous visits have been the opposite. )

  Everyone inside the UPS store is friendly, courteous, polite, and they always greet me, and thank me for my business. They always help me out more than you know. Whenever I get frustrated, and I have more than one thing to do at a time, they politely take over for me and finish doing the steps, to return my packages for me. They even tape my packages back together, before the packages are returned. I want to thank everyone inside for helping me do what I need to do. My wish is that everyone who works in the UPS store down the street, be recognized, givin a big bonus, and a promotion, from the head honcho. Thanks for listening. 🤗

  The employees are always very friendly and very helpful. I had items needed to be shipped overseas, and they explained all about chargers that may occur on the other side and How to ensure package doesn’t get crushed since it will be going quite a distance
