Twice I never received something that was supposedly delivered. One was a gift from a friend, and the other was a very personal item from Amazon. They obviously were placed in the package box but the key to the package box was placed in someone else's box.I never saw them again. I am calling the post office when they open to ask them to please be more careful! These are items that, by law, should be delivered to my home. I can tolerate going to the cluster box, but I need my mail to be delivered.
