  We just used notary services and printing at this location today, and never have I experienced such efficient and friendly customer service at any other UPS location. The 2 ladies that helped me were so amazing and guided us through the whole process as we had no idea of what we were doing. So helpful and kind. Thank you so much!

  First time visitor; used this store to return an Amazon shipment. The process was surprisingly simple and automated. There are return bags that just need a scan for the turn with a sticker to seal the bag. The similar process was completed at Staples but the refund was never completed. Time will tell whether The UPS Store is more successful but this far it's good. I took a printed receipt, just in case it doesn't go through. Very short wait in line and the two step system is short and quick.

  I have been coming here for years. The customer service here is top notch! I go out of my way to go here because I trust them with my most important/sensitive mail and packages. Thank you for always providing me with exemplary services :)

  I agree with most of the sentiment indicating the staff here are extremely rude, poorly trained and the atmosphere is pure chaos. When frequenting various UPS stores in OC for my business, I sincerely dread the need to visit this store and often will drive out of my way to the Foothill Ranch, Irvine, RSM or MV UPS locations. No, Ms. Owner, when you reply to this, I do not want to discuss further by email. I’d like you to please take the time in training your staff, hiring nice people & retaining your staff. I can tell you’re over worked and probably under appreciated. A basketball team is only as good as it’s worse player, and it starts at the pinnacle, the owner.

  I come to this location a lot, and they are always packed, but the staff keeps everything moving and is knowledgeable and friendly! Sandhya is great, and I watched her juggle several different customers on her own today, including myself, while remaining kind and helpful!
