- MMMatt5 days ago1.0I scheduled a passport appointment for my baby under 2 at the El Toro USPS, expecting the photo to be taken there, as indicated online. When I arrived, a sign said they do not take photos for children under 2, which was never mentioned when booking. The staff were extremely unhelpful and dismissive, basically saying it wasn’t their problem. I asked if I could take the photo elsewhere and return, but they said no because they close at 4 PM, even though I later found out online that they actually close at 5 PM. The online information is misleading, the staff provided no assistance, and I ended up wasting my time and effort. USPS should clearly state policies online and train staff to properly assist customers, especially for minors. This experience was unnecessarily frustrating and avoidable.

He was patient, friendly, and had an amazing attitude the whole time. I had accidentally printed the forms in a wrong size scale, which made the process take much longer, but Ramo kindly helped me redo everything without a hint of frustration. His kindness and willingness to help truly stood out. We need more people like Ramo to make public services feel more human and welcoming. Thank you, Ramo!

Came here to get a 2nd passport and followed the procedures my company has established to get 1000s of 2nd passports for airline flight crew. The post office said it couldn't be done. Even when I showed them the supporting guidance in the state dep website they refused to budge. Incredible.

I was so so grateful to Chrissy for helping me out today, especially as I know they were in the process of closing! She was super patient and let me go outside for a sec so my phone would load. Her calm and reassuring demeanor helped me stay calm and I really appreciated that. Thank you for taking your job and my situation seriously and being a kind human! (The missing fifth star is due to the fact that I could see and hear a guy in the back playing “basketball” with our packages and shooting them into a cart. I get that you can’t tenderly tuck every package in and kiss it goodnight on the forehead but seems a bit disrespectful to focus on holding your follow thru after chucking someone’s item 10 feet lol)
