A few days ago, I went to this post office and received amazing service. Even though the place was very busy, and somewhat understaffed, I was lucky enough to be assisted by two wonderful people: Tony and Lauren. Both of these consoles helped me navigate the now complicated mission of mailing a parcel to Canada. Policies and fees change constantly regarding international shipping and I could not find the answers online. Tony and Lauren both showed amazing patience and knowledge and helped me navigate the confusing system to ship my parcel. I’m thankful for the good service I received.
