Despite her incompetence causing a backup of other customers, I remained patient and never rushed her. Instead of apologizing for the delay, she chose to vent her frustration on me, making rude remarks like "we can't print a million times." It is unfair and unacceptable to treat a patient, recovering customer this way because of your staff’s own lack of training. I will be taking my business to FedEx where self-service is faster and hassle-free.
