I was greeted by a very nice man he told me not to worry because he would take care of everything and help me, and He Did! Outstanding Customer Service!!!. Thank you to everyone at the UPS Store.

So I took off to another store and they did it without any charges or hassle. Its QR code and it does not need a print to start with,and I have been asked for another 2 dollars and something for each order as process fees. Don't recommend this place.

The owner Hamid was so kind and patient, and personally reached out to me and the carrier to make sure everything got sorted out. I really appreciate their help and professionalism.
