  Very pleased with customer service. Sales agent was helpful with information and pricing options. Products are good quality and there are choices. Really appreciate that. They also take Amazon returns.

  Purchased HP printer. Setup was easy and it printed - for awhile. Also purchased Protecting and Tech help plan for $49.99 - what a waste of money. The printer stopped working I call the TEch support number but there is no oppportunity to speak to anyone. I went online and that was semi-useless. They are supposed to have tech call me withing"24 hours" - that is NOT good support.

  Do not go to this location. I tried to check out. The guys weren't paying attention to me. One was on his phone the guy with the red phone. He wasn't paying attention to me he turns around and says okay next in line goes to a completely different register ignores me, then the customer behind me goes to his line and cuts me. And the guy helping customer service waltzes by and helps me at the front of the line and I asked him if I'm in the right line because everyone just cut me in line and he said I was in the right line and then the other guy asked what was wrong and he shrugged his shoulders. Get off your phone and pay attention to the customer in the front and don't take the customer second in line. I'm so livid there should be a phone ban policy to this disgusting location.

  I had a very disappointing experience today. I was charged for using the printer, but the machine didn't work and no one at the store bothered to help me. I asked for assistance multiple times, and everyone just walked away or ignored me. I ended up leaving without being able to print anything, even though I already paid. This is unacceptable customer service, and I won't be returning to this location again.

  Henry at the print center was absolutely amazing and such a huge help from start to finish. I came in stressed and on a tight timeline while trying to finalize printing for my engagement dinner, including a poster board and place cards, and he helped me right away. He was incredibly patient and thoughtful, printed sample place cards so I could compare different cardstock shades, and guided me toward a pearly cardstock that ended up looking perfect with my table setting. He went the extra mile by cutting and folding all of the name cards so everything was polished and ready to go. When I picked everything up the next day, it was all done beautifully and exactly as promised. He even took the time to find a coupon to help us save money, which meant so much in the middle of engagement planning chaos. I truly don’t have enough good things to say. I’m still telling my family and friends about how Henry completely saved me!!!
