- CPCarrie PkJul 21, 20241.0I just stopped by to return some equipment. There were two guys working that one was helping the other customer and the other one was sitting in the chair and looking at his phone. I was the only one customer in a line, but both of them didn’t say anything. I waited for about 5 minutes and I couldn’t wait anymore, because I had to leave right away. So, I called them and then the one guy who was on the phone came up to me and pretended he didn’t notice me. I came here just simply return with a bar code I have in my phone. Worst customer service.

Having printed at this branch several times, Rob called me proactively as soon as he saw the order come in. This was great for two reasons - great customer service and I actually forgot to call. It would have been a big mess if Rob didn’t get in touch on his own. Great team you have in your Foothill Ranch store!!!
