- HDHugh DunlopApr 8, 20251.0Showed up about 5min before they closed (along with another lady), and have never seen anyone rush to the front door as quick as this employee did. Literally stood at the front of the door and said that they were closing soon and that he wouldn’t accept any new packages. The other lady had a couple items that already had stickers & info on them but not all, so he wouldn’t accept those either. I get that it was tight, but if the lights are on and the door is open, shouldn’t be any reason to turn away business. Absolute brutal customer service, refusing to do the he’s being paid to do. As someone not from this country, it instantly gave me classic lazy American vibes. Avoid fedex at all costs, ship with UPS instead
