  I went in to pick up my mail and they didn’t have it. They said to call tomorrow. The phone number actually leads you to a national service which after half an hour sends you to a website which takes you right back to the original national service it’s a big round circle. Never did get resolved.

  if u have ANY PROBLEM, with receiving mail, sending mail off, receiving packages, certified letters or ANYTHING, ask for FABIAN!!!!!...he takes the time to write down your concern and get it to the immediate employee, or mail carrier or management. he is quick to solve your problem, courteous, and empathetic to your specific situation. he is friendly and an absolute team player!!!!...remember ask for FABIAN!!!! he rocks!!!!...and thank you for helping me with my specific concern!!!!

  I was called by supervisor named ida on a sunday 12/14/25. I paid for po box 601 with CASH. I'M HOMELESS & counch surfing & I was "given" a deadline to "prove this mail box is mine" I made a mistake on the forwarding address i put old address: po box 32 Perris & new address: po box 106 lake elsinore Ca. I transposed the numbers. I called 5 companies and told them the wrong pox, then I had to go back and change my mistake. I was so freaking happy that I got a donation on 12/3/25 that I transposed the numbers accidentally. On Monday 12/15/25? I drove to BOTH casino drive to speak to Shaq and I told him that ida told me that I need to prove my identity to the usps JUST TO GET MY MAIL FORWARDED to po box 601 . Shaq was confused! I told him I don't know you work here.I don't know maybe you can call ida for me.I have really bad hip bursitis right now. I can't be walking all over the place and driving. I drove to Gram Avenue 12/15/25 at 10am. It was LOCKED ! why would it'd be locked if ida told me on sunday.She told me to come on monday to "prove to her" that I'm the OWNER OF PO BOX 601. I TOLD HER I DO NOT HAVE AN EXTRA $105 FOR 6 months. This is the 6 months of NO UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS. I CAN NOT RE-APPLY until march 2026. GA is only 3 months & only $325 & I need $550 - $650 a month. Due ghost jobs employers posting ghost jobs without any intention of ever hiring anybody - I am unable to get hired can I dumb down my resume...I take my mba off my resume.. I'm not looking for people to tell me to apply for general relief when i'm already on it.What I need is a job and I need these people to answer the phone when I call. How do I have to prove my identity to anybody?I never heard of anything so absurd and I had a po.box in Perris from 2016 & I JUST CLOSED OT DOWN ON 12/11/25 . I CAN NOT DOUBLE DIPI DON'T HAVE THE MONEY.THE DOUBLE DIP. IT'S $117 RENEWAL FEE ON 12/15/25. SOMEONE BETTER CALL ME , i better get this straightened out with somebody there. Can't keep on driving and driving and driving to Graham Ave, i'm finding out it's locked. Somebody needs to see that i'm Sandra Gregston & I need my mail. I'm expecting something for my hip & I'm couch surfing. Is this the way the post office treats people like this without money? Shaq gsve me a receipt on 12/15/25. Have it with me because I lost the original one on 12/3/25 when I paid cash $105 for po box 601. Now I have to drive down to casino, drive again, to find out what's going on with Graham Ave. Fix this. My total hip replacement is hurting due to hip bursitis..I just called Graham Ave 915am 12/16/25 and no one answers! This is pathetic.
