- NCNicole CampbellSep 6, 20251.0Hi I got a message saying my item could not be delivered that was his choice not to deliver my item he did deliver to my neighbor though because he asked for that address was so why is hers deliverable but mine was marked not deliverable I have an issue with my post office and I don't think it's cool and there was no safe place to put it while I have to use a key to get into it so how was it not safe to leave my item it said it was not an authorized place to leave it if it was too big you should have dropped it off at my house I was sitting outside and I talked to the guy he asked me where my neighbor's house was and I told him why didn't he give me my package I've been dealing with this here in my apartment is not okay with the post office to do this and then I get a thing in the mail saying that oh I have to get back to them and do all this stuff just to get my package I don't think that's cool I don't have time for it just deliver my stuff and everything will be fine

- ARAnthony RuizAug 30, 20251.0This is the worst postoffice I have had are mailboxes broken twice and my mail comes here they have lost items and they currently have lost a refund check i was waiting for and I made a report and it does nothing and it doesn't help check is still missing and when I ask when will the postal boxes be fixed in the complex am living at they dont have any answers and the apartment community i live in isn't any better they continue to have this problem and they have security at night which am sure is factored into my rent bill. I hate having to go out of my way to get my mail

- CSChristi SubanAug 2, 20251.0They claim locks are broken on the community mailboxes all the time, making us drive across town daily to pick up our mail between a small window of time. This week, they claimed the lock was broken for one day, mail was NOT delivered and went to Post Office to pick it up, they don’t have it either!!! It showed up in the images on the app but because the day they claim the lock was broken, the pieces of mail for that day are MIA!!! In the past 3 months, they have lost my mail or delivered it to another address. One was my drivers license…yeah nice…now someone has all my information!! Then I had to pay $36 for a replacement drivers license on top of that!! But knowing someone has my drivers license is not cool!! STOP COMMUNITY MAILBOXES!!! Go back to door to door drop offs. Ridiculous!!
