I also had over 45 items to return and the staff member was so nice and helped me through a couple of possible issues. The manager went out of her way to help me on another occasion. Glad they are our local store.

I honestly thought she had quit, and it reminded me of all the times she helped me in the past. Karen is absolutely the best, her customer service, her multitasking, and the way she treats customers and coworkers is top tier. Every single time I see her, she’s smiling and genuinely happy to help. I’m not sure if she’s the manager, but I wouldn’t doubt it! If you go there, Karen is definitely the person who can help you with anything you need. This review should’ve been written a long time ago!
